We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy for all our customers.
Flow & Vibes is a digital travel brand offering curated experiences in collaboration with independent third-party providers (“Partners”).
All bookings made through our website are facilitated on behalf of the Partner delivering the experience.
Flow & Vibes does not operate or run the activities listed on the website.
Cancellation policies are determined by each Partner.
Unless otherwise stated in the experience description, most Partners offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the experience start time, you will receive a full refund of the total amount paid.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before, no refund will be issued.
No-shows (when the customer fails to attend the activity without prior notice) are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests are processed on behalf of the Partner who operates the experience. Final approval of any refund or change request is determined by the Partner’s policy.
In rare cases where a Partner must cancel an experience due to:
weather conditions or safety concerns
insufficient participant numbers
unforeseen operational issues
Flow & Vibes will communicate cancellations or changes to you on behalf of the Partner, and the Partner will offer:
a) a full refund, or
b) rescheduling to a later date (subject to availability).
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking (credit card, PayPal, or other).
Refunds will appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued by Flow & Vibes on behalf of the Partner who provided the experience.
Processing times may vary depending on the Partner’s payment provider and the banking institution.
Certain experiences clearly marked as “Non-Refundable” or involving third-party arrangements (e.g. transfers, yacht rentals, or private tours) are excluded from free cancellation.
These will always be clearly stated before payment.
These terms are set by the Partner and clearly displayed before completing a booking.
Requests to change the date or time of a booking are handled on behalf of the Partner and may be accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled start, depending on availability and Partner policy.
