Refunds & Cancellation Policy — Flow & Vibes

At Flow & Vibes we aim to provide a transparent and fair cancellation policy for all our guests.

 


1. General Terms

Flow & Vibes offers curated experiences delivered either directly by Flow & Vibes or by independent local partners.

Bookings made through our website are facilitated on behalf of the provider delivering the experience.

Specific cancellation conditions may vary depending on the experience and are always clearly stated on the experience page before booking.

 


2. Cancellations by the Customer

Unless otherwise stated:

• cancellations made at least 48 hours before the experience start time receive a full refund

• cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience start time are non-refundable

no-shows are non-refundable

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email.

 


3. Cancellations by the Provider

In rare cases, an experience may be cancelled due to:

  • weather conditions

  • safety concerns

  • operational issues

  • insufficient participant numbers

If this occurs, guests will be offered either:

• a full refund, or
rescheduling to another date, subject to availability.

 


4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during booking.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

 


5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain experiences or services may be marked as non-refundable, particularly those involving third-party arrangements.

These conditions will always be clearly stated before booking.

 


6. Modifications

Requests to change the date or time of an experience may be accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
