These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made with Flow & Vibes through flowandvibes.com and form part of the agreement between Flow & Vibes and the guest making the booking.
Flow & Vibes is a digital tour operator based in Greece, offering thoughtfully curated private travel and leisure experiences.
Experiences are designed and arranged by Flow & Vibes and may be delivered by Flow & Vibes or with the assistance of selected independent local guides, hosts, suppliers, or other professionals.
The contracting business is Flow and Vibes Single Member P.C., as identified in Section 11 below.
When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive confirmation containing the details of your experience.
The description, duration, meeting arrangements, inclusions, exclusions, and other conditions shown on the relevant experience page form part of your booking.
Payments are processed securely through our website using available third-party payment providers, such as Stripe or PayPal.
Unless otherwise stated, the price displayed at the time of booking is the total price payable to Flow & Vibes for the services included in the booking.
Any services or expenses expressly stated as excluded — such as admission tickets, transportation, food, drinks, or personal expenses — are not included unless otherwise agreed.
Unless different cancellation conditions are expressly stated on the relevant experience page or booking confirmation, bookings cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
If Flow & Vibes must cancel an experience and cannot provide a suitable alternative accepted by the guest, amounts paid for the cancelled experience will be refunded.
Any specific cancellation or refund conditions displayed for an experience at the time of booking will apply to that booking.

Flow & Vibes may work with carefully selected independent guides, hosts, venues, transportation providers, and other suppliers in order to deliver an experience.
The use of an independent supplier does not by itself change the guest’s contractual relationship with Flow & Vibes in respect of services booked directly with Flow & Vibes.
Certain services may also be subject to reasonable rules, operating conditions, opening hours, availability, or safety requirements imposed by the relevant supplier, venue, or authority.
Participants must arrive at the agreed meeting point at the specified time and follow reasonable safety and operational instructions given during the experience.
Guests are responsible for complying with applicable laws and local regulations and for behaving respectfully toward guides, hosts, suppliers, other participants, and members of the public.
Guests should inform Flow & Vibes in advance of any accessibility requirements or other circumstances that may materially affect participation so that we can determine whether reasonable arrangements can be made.
Flow & Vibes reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation where a guest’s conduct creates a material safety risk, seriously disrupts the experience, or involves unlawful or abusive behavior.
Unless otherwise stated, the content of flowandvibes.com, including its text, original images, design elements, and branding, belongs to Flow & Vibes or is used with appropriate permission.
Such content may not be reproduced, republished, or distributed without permission except where permitted by law.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is provided in our Cookie Policy.
Flow & Vibes will provide the services included in a confirmed booking with reasonable care and in accordance with the agreed description, subject to circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Guests remain responsible for their own conduct and for following reasonable safety instructions during an experience.
Flow & Vibes is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from a guest’s own acts, omissions, failure to follow reasonable instructions, or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Greek or European Union law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union law.
Nothing in this section affects any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.
