Flow & Vibes is a digital travel brand based in Greece, offering curated travel and leisure experiences in collaboration with trusted independent local providers.
Flow & Vibes does not operate or run the experiences listed on the website.
When you make a booking through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. All experiences are provided by independent Partners, and Flow & Vibes facilitates bookings on behalf of these Partners.
Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce and third-party gateways (such as WooPayments or PayPal).
Prices are shown in EUR and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments collected through our website are received on behalf of the Partner delivering the experience.
You may cancel most experiences up to 24–48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund unless otherwise stated in the experience description.
Refunds are issued through the same payment method used at booking. Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each Partner and may vary depending on the experience.
All experiences listed on Flow & Vibes are designed, operated, and delivered by independent third-party providers (“Partners”).
Flow & Vibes does not operate, manage, or control the execution of any experience.
Our role is limited to curation, presentation, and booking facilitation.
Participants must meet any stated requirements (age, health, experience) and follow all local regulations and Partner instructions during the activity. All safety instructions, requirements, and liability remain solely with the Partner operating the experience.
All text, photographs, logos, and other content on flowandvibes.com are owned or licensed by Flow & Vibes and may not be reproduced without permission.
